  • Appoint someone to return tuxes and rental items
  • Appoint someone for the coordinator to talk with about emergencies/last minute changes
  • Ask Coordinator or Appoint someone to give “any day of” payments/gratuities to Vendors
  • Appoint someone to bring rings and Marriage License to Venue
  • 1 or 2 weeks before wedding, begin packing a box with all wedding items to bring to venue. At the rehearsal dinner, give this box to the coordinator or trustworthy person to deliver day of wedding. This can include Marriage License and Rings
  • Pack a bag for yourself ahead of time for wedding night.
